Privacy Policy
Effective July 19, 2026
This policy covers the TextPipes app and this website, both operated by Ambriel Nichole Enterprises LLC. The short version: TextPipes is a local-first app. Your text is processed on your Mac, and we don't collect, transmit, or sell any of it.
The TextPipes app
- Your content stays on your device. Text you process, workflows you build, snippets, functions, and settings are stored locally on your Mac. TextPipes does not send your content to us or to any third party.
- No analytics, no tracking. The app contains no analytics frameworks, advertising identifiers, or telemetry.
- No accounts. TextPipes does not require an account and does not collect personal information to function.
- Files you choose. When a workflow reads or writes a file or database, access is granted by you through standard macOS file permissions and used only to run that workflow.
- Network access happens only when you build it. A workflow makes network requests only if you add a step that explicitly does so (for example, a step that fetches a URL you configure). TextPipes itself initiates no network activity on your behalf.
- Optional iCloud sync. If a future version offers iCloud sync and you turn it on, your synced data is stored in your own private iCloud database under your Apple ID, subject to Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to it. Sync is off by default.
