Before you write

TextPipes ships with a built-in Help Book (Help menu ▸ TextPipes Help) covering every pipe, preset, and workflow feature — including a troubleshooting chapter organized by symptom. Many questions are answered there fastest.

What to include in a support request

• Your macOS version (Apple menu ▸ About This Mac)
• Your TextPipes version (TextPipes menu ▸ About TextPipes)
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
• If a workflow is involved, an export of it (File ▸ Export) helps a lot — exports never include your input text unless you choose to attach it
